I was disappointed that I did not receive a call when my vehicle was finished. I ended up calling 30 minutes after I was told it would be done and it had been. I was needing a pickup and did not want to deal with traffic during rush hour. In addition, when I picked up my car there was dirt/mud in the back of my car. I love that you wash and vacuum the cars, but to leave it with fresh dirt/mud in the back was very disappointing. I was able to let someone from the dealership know about it and he was very nice and cleaned it. I do think your quality control should be better though.

This was my second time requesting Putnam to see why my right-side mirror would not cover the “blind spot.” Both times another Lexus like mine was in your shop, and was used for comparison.
The first time, I wa told there was nothing wrong, my mirror was perfectly adjusted, just like the other IS 300.
The second time, thanks to Joe, the problem was found and fixed. (Bottom of mirror’s axis was no longer properly seated.)
So, Putnam gets mixed reviews, but Joe gets a HERO award.
