Upon returning to pick up my car for maintenance, reading the report, I learned that they recommended the wiper blades should have been replaced. That wasn’t done. Nobody called to ask. When I picked up my car at the 6 it was too late. I wish someone during the repair process would have had a call placed to ask me if I wanted the recommended action done. I would have had it done. I was disappointed about this, but am not going to drive back at this point to Redwood City to have it done.

Please get the WiFi working in the customer lounge. I have been here twice before and each time it was not working. The receptionist was not very helpful and said they will ask for it to be fixed but it was not. Other lesser car dealerships have no problem with the WiFi connection. Why does Lexus?? Mo was very helpful with the tech service.

Fred has been above and beyond in achieving customers satisfaction. He is approachable, efficient and precise. Putnam Service has always been exceptional. Its products and craftsmanship reflect and align well with Lexus as a luxury car brand. Note: Worth mentioning is continual training must take place for finishing quality control. I have found on multiple occasions the interior leather and interior overhead fabrics stained with black greasy spots. This defeats the purpose of going an extra mile. Perhaps a QA/QC should be put in place before a job order can be considered completed.

I didn’t have an appointment and needed my tire pressure checked as the light came on. I was there for over an hour, I was informed that it would be that wait time as repair person wasn’t immediately available to look at the tire which ultimately needed a nail removed and patched. Overall service was good
