I LOVE Putnam Lexus. The entire team is awesome. I overslept today and they fit me in! My husband has an Audi and the service doesn’t even come close. By comparison- Audi is horrible! Lexus Service is the absolute best and although I really want an electric car- don’t know if I can leave Lexus service.

On Christmas night, I came home to a flat rear tire, with my RX stuck on the third level of my condo garage. I had a 10 am regular service spot with Joe, which I missed After waiting half a day for a tow truck to help with the spare, I made it down to Putnam at 3 pm, Joe took me in anyway, got me going with a loaner, and told me to get home and take it easy. He got a new tire on my car and the service done by 6 pm, and the car was washed and ready the next morning. It was a rough day, and Joe did a great job.
I am however very concerned about Lexus Roadside Assistance. It took me 40 minutes each time to get through to an agent. That’s not at all reassuring, had it been my mother or family, stuck on the side of a road or a worse situation. One is better off with AAA or even just calling a local tow truck. This is the type of thing that gets one to think about going to BMW or Mercedes with the next car; Lexus needs to improve on this.
