I was not given a survey at our last visit on 3/17/18 for a minor maintenance, but I would like to comment on the fact that my husband and I were waiting in the lobby for more than 3 hours before we checked with the front desk, who was surprised that we were never called when our car was finished. We got the impression that it was finished over an hour ago with the paperwork already filed away, but nobody came to let us know. We did not appreciate that our time was wasted.
At our most recent visit on 11/17, we were not informed beforehand that our first major maintenance would take 4-5 hours with a cost of over $700. At the time of making the appointment, this was not clear. They only asked if we needed to retrieve anything from the car before they informed us of the long wait time. Unfortunately, we did need some items from our car but by then, it was too late.
Regardless, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and we appreciate that. Thank you.

Richard was knowledgeable, professional in explaining the service he was going to repair our car. The best thing he did was able to offer us some discount in the repairs. Moreover, he gave a loaner for our college son to drive to and fro from college while his car was being repaired. We will definitely go back to Richard fro any kind of service or repair even though it will a little more expensive than a private mechanic.
