I was not happy with the services on 3/8/25. I did the 50k maintenance with Don on 3/3/25. I told the receptionist guy that picked up my car that I needed to change the key battery also. However, they didn’t change the battery and the car wash as well. The customer service called and told me to bring my car back later. However, they treated me like I was asking for free services when I brought my car back on 3/8 (except the guy works in department parts, he was nice to me). I paid $1200 for service so it was not like I wanted to ask for free stuff, but the car wash usually included in the maitenance services. If it’s not included anymore, please let me know. I will be totally happy about this. I hope you guys will treat customers better next time because Lexus is a luxury brand name car. I like to drive Lexus and I don’t want to bring my car to another Lexus dealers because this one is closed to my house. Thank you.

My service consultant bill was great. It was when I picked up my car and the valet was backing up the car I noticed the rear backup tail light was out. I asked if he knew if it was something easy to fix and if I could just buy a bulb and do it myself. He said he didn’t know and I had to talk to Bill who was with another customer. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to and at first he said no then when I questioned that again he said he guesses I could talk to another consultant. He then directed me to Jared who was helpful enough but really didn’t have a clear answer. Based of his limited explanation I decided I would have to have it fixed later. So the points I am trying to make was the valet made it really difficult to get an answer (that I never really got) and should the fact that a light was out on my car been noticed when my car was being serviced and inspected? Kinda makes me wonder how carefully all those things listed on my invoice are actually checked.
