I recently had my car serviced, and despite the busy atmosphere, I was seen in a timely manner. Mr. Griffin was very welcoming from the start, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. He took the time to explain in detail what was going to be done to my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated.
Once the service was completed, Mr. Griffin escorted me to the area where I needed to complete the transaction. He stayed with me to ensure that everything went smoothly. His attentiveness and thoroughness left me feeling very satisfied when I left.
