I had an appointment, but I waited in the lobby for 35-40 minutes just to drop off my car. When they asked what time I needed it back, I said 2 pm, but I didn't get my car until 3:20. I had to cancel my later appointments because of this delay. No apologies from the service manager or whatsoever. I asked the cause of delay they mentioned the car wash was backed up. I would’ve skipped the car wash to get my car on time. I’m never getting service at this Lexus again, this was my second time here and my first experience was the total opposite, but I’m not coming back here or referring anyone to come back.
