I was very saddened to discover I had to pay an extra $20 to use my credit card. My husband passes away and I had to close all debit and credit cards because someone got all my personal information even social security number. You did not have this last time I was in. I told them I could write a check because that is cash but they said “no”. I have been a customer since 2011 and it would have been helpful if I knew the rules prior to picking up my car. I could have gone to the bank and got cash for you. Frustrated customer Pam Santelman
