Ray in the parts went out of his way to find floor mats for my 2020 ES350.
The valet staff were friendly and helpful getting me checked in for service.

Billy was great and the service on the car was fine. BUT THE FILTHY CARPET AND CONDITION OF THE WAITING ROOM IS DISGUSTING. AT LEAST CLEAN THE CARPET. IT USE TO BE PLEASANT TO WAIT WITH THE BAGELS AND DONUTS AND CLEAN CONDITIONS. WHEN I BRING MY $60,000 CAR. IN FOR SERVICE I EXPECT BETTER!!!
