Jonathan was extremely helpful, polite, informative, and knowledgeable.
He notice my 2 license plates were stuck together in the back of my car. I assume the DMV only sent me one. He helped take them apart and put the other one in front. That was so nice of him and the service team! In addition, he answered all my questions about getting my car detailed and my rims painted in the future. I had no idea Lexus had such a wonderful & extra service options.
