I was so amazed when they drove my car up to me after service. It looked like a brand new car inside and out. The detail of cleaning was amazing. I am pretty fastidious about keeping it clean. I’ve had it cleaned numerous times since it was new. I’ve never had anyone clean it as well as Lexus did.
And they don’t gouge me on the charge. It was very fare.

Hi when I dropped my vehicle off everything went ok, then with my service advisor I received excellent service and he answered many questions I had . When picking up my vehicle I got there at 5:45 and I was told to go inside to see the cashier, the cashier was very nice and provided good customer service after I finished paying for my service when I received keys from valet he did not say anything just gave me my keys and walked away. Did not tell me where my car was. I had to go outside and look for it. This is my third time here and I’ve only received experience great one time I’m not sure if the people wanted to go home and upset, but I was told the lady to get there at 5:45 and got there around that time. When I got there all I was told was “hi I am going to get some information about your vehicle and you can wait in the lobby until your called”. I was expecting maybe “hi how is your day going, what brings you into” if you have any questions please let us know “.
