Don Gillam wennt out of his way to give me unprofessional service. Was ok at first,butthen changed. He oddly used bad language when sutting in office. Woukd constantly brag about his lexus lease that was a much better deal than what I paud for. Just all around bad. Never followed up with phone but texted me instead whuch I preferred not to have. He gaslighted my concerns wuth vehicle.Hope to never use Lexus of westminster. Friends and famiky were told to avoid service there.
