Bill did a great job as a service writer. When I arrived, I’m usually greeted by lexus representative. This time I waited until I got tired of waiting and then I went to find a person or a service rider. When I paid for the vehicle, they charge me another 3% for a credit card. I felt like I was at a Volkswagen dealership the 3% charge was not cool. Not sure if I’ll return.
