I was able to make an appointment for service the very next day, Jared explained what was needed clearly, he was pleasant, estimated the time of completion of service accurately, notified me the car was ready, and I was able to pay and pick up my car in 5 minutes. Great service! The only place I service my ES350 F Sport since I bought it new in 2019.

The total average fuel economy was 33 miles per gallon which was a lot , now is 22 miles per gallon . I don't know what you guys did to the car ?
When I asked your assistant he said we checked the car everything was perfect which is lie . I'm going to take the car back to the place I bought .
