Well I thought that you were less than forward re payment. Your new policy was on a small placard, really not noticeable and I did not realize that a credit card carries a 3% penalty until I was given the bill. That was a big change and when you do something like that you have the obligation to make ABSOLUTELY SURE your customers understand before at risk of being considered duplicitous.

I thought my 2007 ES350 @122K miles needs Transmission Fluid Flushed and changed. Jared convinced me there is no need for Flush. Actually, flushing may result unnecessary. It may disturb the inside of the transmission. And it may not yield any performance. I wonder what Lexus stand on this issue. Would flushing really helps or hurt in the long run? Ty

Johnathon was prompt fast and explained everything clearly he was even able to provide us transportation to and from our home while waiting for a vehicle to be serviced it was much appreciated as I was with my grandson who is autistic.
