The service went very smooth. Don is a very cool, calm, organized and professional person . Don kept me informed with my service status and very prompt when responding to my questions. When picking up my car, I noticed a light scratch on bumper and my car had not been washed. I informed Don and he immediately took my car and personally washed and buffed away the small scratch.
