I was on a tight time schedule when I came in with an air pressure problem in one of my tires. The problem was resolved very quickly. The staff checked to see if my tire was still under warranty. It was replaced and my car was washed and I was out the door in only 1 hour.
Lexus can always be counted on for efficiency, a friendly capable staff and a job well done. Jonathan Van was great.
