I was on a tight time schedule when I came in with an air pressure problem in one of my tires. The problem was resolved very quickly. The staff checked to see if my tire was still under warranty. It was replaced and my car was washed and I was out the door in only 1 hour.
Lexus can always be counted on for efficiency, a friendly capable staff and a job well done. Jonathan Van was great.

I was not satisfied at all with my recent visit. I was one of the first to get there when the service center opened. I was never given any status updates on my vehicle while I waited. I waited over 2 hours for my car to be ready when I just brought it in for an oil change. I was surprised to find out the I would be charged 3% service charge for using my credit card. In the past I was told if my car needed any further service but this time not given any information.
