My service representative Don Gilliam was great as usual. However I am totally disappointed and pretty fed up with Lexus. I have owned and driven Lexus vehicles since 2005. I truly loved my previous Lexus and drove it for 15 years and then bought another in 2022, I initially had problems with the navigation/media/ internet connection syste m that the
Service system was unable to resolve. Finally an update from Lexus resolved the problem. However now I have learned that many services are no longer available unless I pay for them which o find totally unacceptable! I had my vehicle in for service 25000 miles which they basically did nothing except rotate my tires and charged me $171plus change and no car wash. On top of that I went to pay and the cashier wanted to add a 3% charge for using a credit card. How ridiculous!!
I have answered all your surveys and given suggestions etc. however I am now pretty much done with Lexus.
