My appointment was for 9:45am, and I didn’t have to Waite. Mr. Bill Griffin was informative about my car and professional at all time. My problem with others Lexus’s Dealers has been that you appointment is at 10:00am and you waists your time all day to get service. I belong to Longo Lexus Toyota El Monte. Service just to be good, management change and it was time to take my business somewhere else..????????

I work and it would have been good to have gotten a text or voicemail with the car status and that it was ready.I left a voicemail with the advisor and never received a call back as to the status.I had to call again to get the status.
I paid over $2000 and the car was returned to me dirty.I appreciate at my request they took it back to wash it.
