I was surprised how fast Jared Moffat was done with my car. I was expected waiting for long time but he was came to meet me and said “the card was done” just around 40 mins.
Jared was really nice and professional when service me. I like his service and also Westminster Deaer Service. I will come back and will recommend my friends and my relatives come to this place for car services.

Within minutes of pulling in (without an appointment on a Saturday), Don came out to greet me and inquire about my car. I told him about low pressure tire warning and he quickly took photo of where he found the nail embedded in tire. He kindly escorted me to his office, found our car record and told me the price of the patching. In 60-90 minutes, tire fixed, car washed, and I was on my way home. So appreciative that you guys took care of us so quickly without appointment. The car is my parents who are elderly and owning a Lexus with dealership so close to their residence is such a blessing. THANK YOU ??

After work decided to have car in for maint.I asked for a rental and was diend and told that the service is a quick 45 mins. I didnt make a fuss then till i hade to wait from 3:10Pm to 4:45pm. I was pissed at this point but kept my cool. upon receiving the vehicle i noticed a scratch on the rubber on the window from the passenger side door. I notified Brando Alegre and here is when things went to ****. Brando told me in a mocking way that “we just rotate your tires and check your breaks” and mockingly chuckle while shaking his head. Ok cool, like i was there in the shop to do that quality check. this isnt the first chuckled he will be giving me through the entire ordeal. he then proceeded to show me a before picture in which is so blurry but you could still there was not a scratch there before or atleast not definitively say there was not. my guy stared at it with me for mins on end to justify his point and i told him to take the picture again on the same angle from the same ipad with the before picture on it, and guess what, you CAN clearly see the scratch now on the the same ipad.I even went as far as taking the picture with my phone and show him how the scratch would have look on picture. And EVEN IF I AM WRONG, because customer do make mistake, as a professional you should show them the FACTS clearly, and IF u cant then it is the servicer fault.i thought that was that but Brando still smile condescendingly and told me he need to talk to his boss. so i waited a good 10 mins while he fetched his boss and talk to him. 10 mins later Brando came out and told me his boss left work already. So… he talk to himself for 10 minutes? He then offered me to replace the part and will call me next week as a solution. I did not receive any paper work for that or hand shake. Never once did he apologized for the damage and brushed me off like it was me causing the problem. Such a disappointing customer service and unprofessional handling of the situation.
