My service advisor Phillip was excellent. But, through the years when I come in for service I have learned to check my vehicle before leaving. Several times I find my side door seat memory buttons are dead. They were dead this last visit. Two visits ago I had to get towed back right after picking up my car from your service because my parking brake could not be released and my Nav was in French, not English. I keep a journey of all thing wrong after picking up my car from you.

Jared is one of the most considerate service managers I’ve ever worked with. I’ve had some issues with my car that have costed a lot of money, and caused a lot of stress, and Jared always does what he can to help alleviate stress. Today was no exception. I wound up selling my car rather than having a $6k repair, on top of a 1k repair I did a few months ago, and a 10k repair a year ago. Jared and Lexus Westminster were instrumental in allowing me to explore options, and I wound up in a decent place at the end of the day. I was not able to sleep last night but after today, I have room to breathe and options have opened up for me. I will be buying a newer version of the RX 450h AWD that I owned, and I will definitely bring the car to Jared and Lexus Westminster for service. ????????
