I have my doubts that the a tire rotation was done during my 35K service. Prior to turning in my vehicle my rear driver side tire pressure read 2 lbs higher than the other 3 tires due to a recent flat tire repair. I’ve checked the tire pressure shortly after my service and I’m getting the same reading. I would expect the higher reading tire to move to the front driver side axle assuming the tires were rotated per service agreement and the air pressure checked. I don’t believe my vehicle has a staggered set of tires and can be rotated accordingly. Alex was a great concierge, not sure about the service. I’m getting a sense that the service dept is cutting corners. Sadly, Westminster is not what it use to be.
