Good Service

It was great I can relax while my car is being serviced and Jonathan was very clear above the service and when my car was ready and I paid my bill he came over to me thanked me and I was off.

Tomas Diaz provided me with excellent service not just today but every time I go to Lexus of Westminster Service Department. He’s the Best!!! I give him my highest recommendation.I’m just 2 minutes away from Lexus of Cerritos Service Department but I drive 30 minutes because of Tomas Diaz. Eric B

I own 4 Lexus, have always brought my car here for services. Tomas Dias however, just wanted my car out of the dealership because it’s it waste of his time to wait for the insurance adjuster to approve my repairs. Very unprofessional, just wanted my car out of there so he can get the loaner vehicle back. I’m not there for a free ride, I got into an accident. Then he charged me $330 to put a spare tire on the car. Terrible service, not coming back here that’s for sure. Avoid him if you can, people like that should not be in customer service, period.

Very busy on Saturday but that was expected. Billy Griffin always provides us the best of service. We are never disappointed with his work. We would rate him at the highest rating possible.

Jared M. Is an excellent Service Manager who ALWAYS CARE about us as Valuable Customers and also about our Lexus cars, even we don’t buy the cars at your dealership because other Lexus offered a better price for options we like to have. Jared has an excellent LISTENING skill and a lot of Lexus knowleadges eventhough he’s a young man! The way he explain the service needs and/or process are ALWAYS Clear, and if we ask again bec sometimes the mechanical explanation is hard to understand by regular people like us, esp women lexus owners, he’d explain it again patiently. Discussing the matters with Jared is not intimidate us. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Jaret, for always giving a Customer Service ABOVE & BEYOND!
