Car was transported from Hawaii and was brought in for check up. When I picked up the car it had 3 shipping labels and multiple flourescent wax pencil marks still on the windshield and driver side windows. I peeled 2 of the labels off. I ask a service rep to help get the other label and pencil marks. The windows were covered with waterspots as the car sat in the port for a month. I was offered a car wash but declined due to 20 minute wait.
