I would grade Thomas an excellent worker. I am very satisfied with him. The only problem I had is that my car was not vacuum well. I didn’t tell him anymore since I was in a hurry. I hope next time they will do a better job in vacuuming my car!

We’ve reached out to your service manager regarding the upscale of this service. We were expecting a simple 50k service but walked away paying $500 for something we did not ask for. The service manager was condescending and rude. Stated that the customer is incompetent, and should not be bringing the vehicle in for service if she doesn’t understand English.

Sevice took long time and I felt like I was overcharged. $640 for only few things and Lexus quoted me $500 for the brake. Only until I said I did not want to fix the brake anymore, they offered $50 discount. I asked if other services were done because I wanted to cancel and only paid for things that were done. But they said it was almost done. But they were not done until 2 or more hours. I am very upset and not happy with the service. I will not come back anymore.
