Bill is a great guy and a real asset to your business. I have been dealing with him fo10-13 years on 2 vehicles. He would be a candidate for a nice bonus if he were my employee.

Thank you for this survey. I am very customer service oriented this is what I do for a living. I would have to say my experience there at Lexis Westminster was not good as Thomas Diaz was not looking to satisfy a customer he appeared just to be doing his job first it cost me time and money and ultimately I had to cancel and pick up my car earlier as the day that was given to me that the tires would be in was not accurate. Thomas made a comment that I believe he should’ve kept to himself regarding his personal opinion on people that get angry. Anyway FYI I was not satisfied I am a people person and realized he is not. I would prefer using Charlie in the future. All my experiences so far with Lexus sales, finance, loaner car, reception, cashier and Charlie have been 10 out of 10. However my past experience will Bill was a 5 at best. Waited 25 minutes on Friday even though I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. 4 other customers who arrived after me were helped sooner. I had to call in Saturday for an update and was told parts were needed and would have to leave until Monday. Monday I called late to see what was going on and nothing. Called back and spoke with Charlie who responded immediately. Then Bill called me back a half hour later to verify what Charlie told me. Anyway not going to judge everyone based on one persons actions. I called today for a follow up and no return call. So this wasn’t a random incident but just Bills way of “taking care” of customers so I just won’t work with him on future visits.
Please let your other employees they have been truly exceptional and have made my first non GM car experience very satisfying !
