The service is phenomenal I wish I would have bought a Lexus sooner! Great salesman Jay and great service advisor Charlie. This is the way car buying should be.

The only thing I had issue with was the fact I tried to secure a car because I come from approximately 50 miles away specifically to work with Dans at your Lexus dealership. Once my husband arrived we were told there was no vehicle available for him and he had to sit on his one day off for hours while the car got serviced. In the future I would say don’t say you will provide a car and then not.

As usual, Jared has always provide an excellent Customer Service above other Service Advisors/Managers, not just at Lexus of Westminster but among other Lexus, so you have to be proud of his hardwork and Jared’s professional job. His knowledge on our Lexus RX and RC and others that we have are SUPERB! And his Listening skill is a plus. We and other customers won’t feel intimidate and thank him so much for everything that he has done in helping us, esp in twking carde of the cara and services & any questions ab your dealer, loaner car availability and flexibility! Keep him around and give him an extra benefit and or award soon. You have made the right decision by keeping him to deal with the Customers. Any question, let us know. We’ll come back for services. OTHER RECOMMENDATION - PS: For Sales Department/Unit: your Lexus of Westminster truly needs to be improved in term of pricing for all new & used cars because, the facts are that Lexus of Cerritos still has the best and lowest cars The fleet Manager is easygoing and takes his time to sell & help the Customers with excellent lexus cars they have for the past few years. We’re sure your dealer can do it too. Re-consider your prices if your dealer and Director&Manqgers really want to gave more customers buying cars there!

Alex was very polite, helpful and also very professional.

I was very impressed with the speed and convenience on getting my vehicle serviced on a Sat. Alex explained the processed than called a courtesy shuttle to take me home. When my vehicle was serviced and washed he called me after two hours as promised to pickup my vehicle.

Charlie was very good at communicating to me about my service status. He did a great job!
