Apparently I missed the cut off for my prepaid service by two weeks. The service representative did a great job attempting to get the service charges reversed. Unfortunately - the Lexus rep he spoke to was not willing to do so and I ended up paying the charges. Two weeks late - Really? And so it goes. I've purchased one certified and two new Lexus vehicles - had all my service done at Lexus of Westminster. It was a very disappointing experience to say the least but one I will remember.

They never asked me if I wanted my car washed nor did they come find me when my car was done. Over all though it was great they worked hard to get me the best price I do have concern though because I have heard things from other service reps that I needed new rims and my light came on a-lot telling me I needed air . With a lot of reasons y it came one. I found most of it to be lot of confusion and nothing I ever heard of. I am glad they did say I need rims that was a good thing and time will only tell with the light . I am hoping that the problem will. Be solved with the new tiers. I am very satisfied with my service I love Westminster service dept it’s so much better then where I we t the Ist two ties I had my car serviced in Cerritos . I am trying to convince my dad to come to you with his Lexus I know he would be happy.
