Charlie sarno is great. I was disappointed when I paid that you changed your payment policy without notifying your customers. I wasn’t able to use my debit card. I was not notified to bring cash. To use my credit card I was charged an extra 3%. I should have been told ahead of time about your new payment policy. Since I was emailed and phoned before my appointment confirming I would be there I should have been informed at that time. This wasn’t Charlie’s problem but your schedulers. I had no other option since you weren’t taking checks or debit card. My husband and I felt has loyal customers let down and very disappointed.
