I scheduled for 10:15 am, but had to come and asked for someone to help at 10:45 am. I was told later that scheduling online doesn’t work on Saturday. If that is the case, please mention online that it is first come, first serve. If I didn’t come and ask for help, I could wait for another hour before someone could help.
