I was disappointed by the flat tire repair charge. I used to buy tires from Costco but 2 years ago in July 2022 I baught tires from you. I was surprised to find out that Road hazard warranty was only for 2 years and it expired in July few says ago. Costco hives life time free flat repair and Road hazard warranty is for 5 years.
My other lexus will be needing tires soon and I will be going to Costco.
Please pass this comment to Service Manager.

Everything seemed good with the maintenance, but when I got home and looked at the car there were some serious scratches and swirl marks on my car which blew my mind because it looked like someone washed my car with a metal wire brush. I can safely say that I might not ever come back to this dealership / service center ever again and will tell all my friends and family as well. I had to make an appointment to pay $1150 next week at another company to get my paint restored right after. I think the 30k service went fine but how could someone destroy my car with the complimentary car wash like that? Ben was good but I just have no confidence to even come back to complain about what happened and let another person at this dealership touch my car ever again. Holy goddamn **** ****
