Highest provide services are:
1. always welcome customer with a ????.
2. be willing to explain to customer what they need to do.
3. update customer informationnon the system with correct name.
4. team work between sales and receptionist to check out for customer timely.
5. do not forget to provide needed document for customer submit to DMV once vechicle emission recall.
You did not greet customer with a warm smile. I experienced at least 4 times.
Did not explain what i needed to do. sometimes customer do not know exactly what was the recall for? I asked you to fix my name on the file many at least twice, i asked the receptionist to change when she did not find my name but she answered that I should work with sales. Forgot to give me the certificate to submit to DMV when I told you that I need to renewal. I had to get back another day to get it.
Remember customer did not know exactly about a specific firm. As a wonam i do not know much about the car.
the team works outside very nice.
receptionist and the consultant should be polite to custoner.
