Your dealership is trying too hard to sell extra services and products: Before I even started talking with my service advisor, your “tire expert” was already telling me how bad my tires were. I explained that I get my tires somewhere else and he started to ask probing questions and tried to tell me why getting tires at the dealership was so much better. My service advisor also called me after they had already taken my car in and proceeded to tell me there were several issues found and services that needed to be done because of mileage. I finally just said I’m not going to get any extra services. I may not be coming back to your location for my future service needs.

When I picked up the car there was still a warning sign was on. So I went back the vallet people told her that. She said that it will be gone next time I start the engine. The warning sign 'maintenence required'is still on now. It is very inconvenient for me to drive back to fix this.
