Bill is very professional and performs in his position with the upmost of integrity. His hallmark is initiating required service without being asked and always only assigning technicians to do work that is only required. He never recommends any work that is unnecessary. Moreover, he stays alert to TSBs for my vehicle, orders parts and initiates calls to me to bring my vehicle into the dealership.
