Unfortunately the service that was provided to me from South Bay Lexus was subpar, absolutely something I did not foresee from a dealer of Lexus. Fortunately though I because of Raul and Lexus of Westminsters service my faith has been restored. On the other hand though, why is dealership that is SERVICING my car doing a better job than the dealership I BOUGHT the car from?
