There was a ton of miscommunication between the dealership and where they order parts from. I was told I had to leave my car over the weekend and that it would be done Monday. It wasn’t because the wrong part came in. Then it was supposed to be done Wednesday, and finally it was done Friday. It was fine because I had a great loaner car but I didn’t expect this miscommunication and service from Lexus. The Lexus representative was helpful and kept me informed and also disappointed in the Lexus service provided to me.
