Hi Charlie,
First I want to say thanks for your attention and help in having my car fixed. I have not looked at it in the bright sunlight yet but it looks like the dings are gone, so thats good.
What was not good was my experience this morning at your Service Dep't.
There were several issues:
They did not detail the car as far as I can tell. There is still dust on the dash and the hood which you can clearly see from the drivers seat. Also, I know they did not vacuum it. Not that it needed it so much but a bag was lying on the floor on the drivers side before I took it in and it was in the same exact position when I picked up the car....could they have put it in the exact same place...I suppose but given the dash was not wiped, I doubt it.
When I picked up the Loner car, the the gas showed full....but it was not exactly full...I used it for 1 day and had to put 4.5 gallons in it to fill it up. I only put 24 miles on it in the 1 day I had it so the car must have been less than full when I got it. See attached for mileage and gas bill.
One of you manager's spoke to me and said they would give me a credit towards my next visit...but given it is brand new and my maintenance is free for 2 years, I asserted that that does not really work.
This somewhat surly manager offered to fill my car's tank but it was already full (at least I thought) and then he said he had no access to petty cash. When I insisted that this situation was unfair to me, he looked none to happy and in a few minutes he came back and handed me a $10 but looked at the floor when he handed it to me and was visibly not happy. He did not introduce himself when he walked up so I don't know his name but he combed his hair back (light brown), was in his mid 40s and looked like he used to play football.
I didn't appreciate the attitude for a problem that I did not create (less than full gas tank on Loner) and though I'll accept the $10 in settlement, it should have been a couple of dollars more.
One more thing, it took me 40 minutes to get in and out...you advised me I would be in and out. Now trying to sort out the minor gas problem took a couple of minutes but mostly it was because it was early and everyone was moving kinda slow. I was thirty minutes late to work....please be more forthcoming about the slowness of the morning staff in the future.
I will speak to my salesman about this if you cannot help.
What I might expect from Subaru, but less than I expect of Lexus.

Over all service is very good at your service department. I also get great service from Tomas. That said, Here are items that need to be addressed.
1 Cashier needs a dress code meeting. 1 young gal in car loan department was coloring rather than waiting on clients. Better signage as you enter would be helpful. Car washes should be given a once over as they drive my car up I noticed a **** mark and started to rub at it. The young man who drove the car up said oh sorry about that!!! Not the best answer.
