Brought in my car for 90k mile service.
When I picked up my car, there was a huge scratch on the driver's side rear bumper. The service rep showed me pictures of the car when it was dropped off for service, but i wasn't convinced that it was scratch was there when I dropped the car off. The photos were not conclusive of this either
