My service representative, Jonathan, was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgable, and very accommodating. When I came in to return the loaner car and pick up my own car, I was told that my daughter was in labor in the hospital. I brought a check to pay for my car, and was told rudely by the cashier, that you dont accept checks. I explained my urgent situation and it fell on deaf ears. This employee offered no alternate way to help me and was expressionless. Another staff member offered to contact Jonathan for help. The cashier returned to the desk with me, humming, as though she didnt care. Jonathan had reached out to the manager and it was approved for me to submit the check. It was an emergency. I would like to thank Jonathan and the manager of Lexus for working with me in this personal emergency. I would like to also point out how cold and indifferent this cashier was. She is unprofessional, uncaring and should'nt be working face to face with the public. I hope to never encounter her again.
