Had to go back to dealer twice due to the confusion of service manager from Fullerton to Westminster. Purchased vehicle in September 2017and went there for oil filter change but he said I didn’t need to do it so just tire rotation was done first time. I insisted that the car needs service after 14 months then he realized it needed oil change so had to go back home.

Everything went smoothly. The only comment I would makes is that the remedy
recall paper said that the job could most often be completed in 45 minutes. I was surprised when Bill said it would take 2 hours. I would suggest that the paperwork and the real time meet in the middle and suggest a stay of at least 1 hour. All good, the waiting area was VERY comfortable. Thank you
