There was no water in my radiator my car was overheating.I didn’t have this trouble before I took it in. when you call all the service department says is they never touched other parts. I’m very frustrated that they are not careful with other parts in the car. This is unacceptable but you want me to take my car back in and charge me 250.00 diagnosis it when there is no water in the radiator. Besides the radiator issue, the person who took care of me was nice. Will I take my car back to Lexus of Wastminser? I highly doubt it!!! Someone didn’t do their job right now I’m wasting time and $.
