This was by far the most disgusting lack of customer service I’ve ever been subjected to. I came in for my complimentary first service after buying my L Certified ES350. Within a couple months the right front headlamp went out and asked to have that replaced as well. I was told this would not be covered. A simple freaking defective light bulb that costs you a few dollars, to take care of a loyal customer on his third Lexus, is clearly beyond your scope of common decency. If my motor exploded on the freeway you would fix that no questions asked, but a simple light bulb that takes less than 2 minutes to swap out is too much for you. That’s disgraceful. Your work order even lists the labor cost at $248.50. This is for basically one minutes work. You simply pop the cover off, twist the connector, unclip the springs and swap out the bulb. Reattach the connector and screw on the cover. This takes one minute and twenty four seconds. I know because I timed myself. You people are a disgrace to Lexus and customer service in general. And I intend to let Yelp and the BBB know all about it.
