I am Very happy with his customer service. Got there and greeted me almost immediately. Talked about my car issues and he started checking my car in. Helped me out with a loaner car that way I can commute to work. Communicated very wel with me about my car issues.

At 36.6k miles rear shocks need replacing. Shows me low quality of your vehicle. Now rattling noise in back seat area. I'm told it's a sun roof cable & not covered under warranty. $3k to fix. Another example of low quality of your vehicle. Not impressed & will not be shopping Lexus when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. No word of mouth compliments from me.

My service advisor was Donald Gillilan
I told him that I will wait at the lounge for 5000 miles service.
I waited over two hours most of customers waited left because their service advisor told them their car is ready. For me Donald never came to me saying my car is ready
I saw my car at the lot so I asked is my car ready and he said yes he didn't try to notify me that my car is ready, second my car interior is chateau color
Driver seat got dirty and inside door handle got dirty due to mechanic use his greasy hand to open the door third all of my tire air caps are missing.
Mechanic put the air in to the tire and didn't put the cap back on.
This is my first service at Westminster Lexus and my experience their was not good.
I might go to different Lexus for next service
