I was told the service would take a couple of hours and was asked if I wanted to wait it get a loaner car I opted for the car. I arrived at the service center approx 9:30 was was out with loaner pretty quick. I stayed in the area of the service center as I was expecting a couple hour wait. At 1:00 I called Charlie my service tech to find out status and had to leave message. He called me back to say they hadn't started yet. the people who wait for their cars were getting done first. Which I was never told about this. My car was done around 4:00 it was a Friday and I needed to be somewhere by 6:00. The was very upset ???? and the manager Todd really didn't seem to care.
