Arrived at 7:00am. Checked in with Don around 7:15am. Told service would get in around 7:30am. Then waited more than 4 hours at the service center while the technician worked on my car. I would have asked for a loaner car if I had known that the service would take so long. The procedure was never explained to me, nor did Don ever really check in with me. Do the technicians typically put 13 miles on a vehicle after they shave the rotors? Once the job was "finished," I was told the paperwork would take about 5-10 minutes to complete but then waited an additional 30 minutes. Needless to say I was not a happy camper when I left.

I don’t want to be contacted. My reason for not being completely satisfied is that I made an appointment for an oil change and it took 1 hours 15 mins to do that without a car wash. Too long for that service while a customer waits. Service writer was excellent and facility was very comfortable.
