Brando was excellent. However, your service dept needs to improve its Quality Control. The mechanic failed to correctly fasten the air/ mass flow sensor. While on the 22 Freeway an indicator to go to a dealer immediately was given. Failure of the sensor means that air was incorrectly sensed to the engine. This means the engine could run rich or lean. The consequences to the engine, so far are unknown. I returned to Lexus Westminster where Brando was most helpful and the sensor correctly attached.
