I felt pressured to purchase new tires, and when I had to leave 4 hrs later it was revealed that they had not yet gotten to start on changing my tires. I requested to take my car back and come back in the near future to do the tires, but was refused. Instead I was insisted on receiving a loaner for a day. This was a hassle since I had to come back the next day after work to return the car and pick mine up. I will not be using Westminster Lexus anymore in the future.
