I was impressed. I called from around the corner of the service depot, the gal scheduled me 15 minutes from the time of my call. Jason was my rep, he was professional, friendly and completed all the paperwork quickly . I was in and out within 1 hour, although I was given a window of 1 1/2 hours. Awesome service.

Ross Pasillas did a great job and was very helpful, but the tech that worked on the car was very sloppy and did not remove his gloves before touching the interior of the car. This is the second time I have come to Ford of Orange and found the interior of the car to either be grimy, slimy, or contain residue that was not there prior.

Very disappointed. They told me that my battery did not work so I left and went to autozone to buy a new battery and when I test my old battery they told me is was working very well. Not only did they charge me 240 dollars just to check my vehicle for nothing. I feel like I was taken advanced of.

I came in for “The works” and everything was fine. I also had my engine light on. There was no technician available to perform a diagnostic which is ok. But when I asked for my car to simply be plugged into an obd computer and just be given the codes I was turned down. This is a really simple service that even an auto part store performs for free. Without the codes I couldn’t tell if the vehicle was safe to drive. After my service I had to drive to an auto parts store to get the codes. I believe it’s unacceptable that the dealer would let me go without checking the codes to determine if the vehicle was safe to drive.
