I understand that you are changing your work ethics to mirror Villa Ford. This concerns me as I will not go to Villa Ford because of how they run the service department. While the service advisors I have worked with have been professional and extremely supportive and helpful I find the guys sitting by the cashier do nothing but BS with one another . If they have a job perhaps put a sign in front of them so when I walk in I know where to go. If not find a job that they are being paid for and get rid of the pretty desk. I hate waste and going to your service department, paying for services I can’t help but wonder if you spend your monies better it might trickle to the customers. On a total side note I own a 2016 king Ranch and a 2019 Ford Super duty King Ranch. I went to Villa Ford to have the car built/custom. I told them what I wanted built. All they would do was tell me what they had on their lot and didn’t seem to know or understand that I wanted a a custom built vehicle. I went to Santa Monica Ford to build my expedition. My second vehicle I went to your dealership. Again ya’ll tried to sell me what you had on your lot. I purchased my 250 from the dealership Morgan City dealership. Seems to me you lost a couple of sales because you didn’t listen to the customer once again. Again the service guys I have worked with have been fabulous and so helpful and always happy to find them when I come in. I am not trying to upset your apple cart just a customer observation. Thanks

Everything worked out fine but I came a total of 3x before the job got done. The prob was I came around 1 pm and was told i prob wouldn't get the work done by end of day (1 hr job). The second time i came in i was told coming at 1 pm would be fine but when I got there was told it couldn't get done by day end. I understand the dealership is busy but its good practice to tell someone these things before they make the effort to come to the shop for work. Other than that all was good.
